We are happy for any unwanted item(s) to be returned for a refund within 14 days of
the original transaction with proof of purchase, the item(s) must be in a re-saleable
condition. The exclusions to this policy are: gift vouchers, postage stamps,
confectionery, jewellery, special orders and seasonable products.
If you have purchased an item from us that has proved to be faulty please return it
to us with proof of purchase and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
